AGREEMENTS HELD BY WILLIAM TELL`S WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY, TELLPROP
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED AND CONTINUATION OF CAUTIONARY
1. Further to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 24 July 2009,
shareholders are hereby advised that William Tell has received an offer from
Main Street 755 (Proprietary) Limited ("the purchaser") to purchase the property
situated in Reuven, held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tellprop (Proprietary)
Limited, together with the related lease agreements. The total disposal
consideration in respect of the property and specified movables on the property
is R46 million, which will be settled in cash against registration of transfer
of the property into the name of the purchaser.
The offer to purchase the property is currently being considered by the Board of
Directors of the Company. A further announcement in this regard will be
released in due course.
2. CONTINUATION OF CAUTIONARY
Shareholders of William Tell are advised to continue exercising caution when
dealing in William Tell shares on the JSE.
