DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MUR SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MURRAY & ROBERTS
HOLDINGS LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to MURRAY & ROBERTS HOLDINGS LIMITED (MUR) the Trustees of the MUR Share
Instalment have declared a dividend amount of 133 cents per MURNIC share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 19 October 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 9 October 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 12 October 2009
and the record date will be Friday, 16 October 2009.
