DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE MSM SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for MASSMART HOLDINGS
LIMITED and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to MASSMART
HOLDINGS LIMITED (MSM) the Trustees of the MSM Share Instalment have declared a
dividend amount of 134 cents per MSMNIC share instalment that is payable on
Monday, 21 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 11 September 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 14 September 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 18 September 2009.
