RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The board of ACTowers advises that, at the Annual General Meeting of
shareholders held on 26 August 2009, all the resolutions as set out in the
notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s 2009 Annual Report,
were duly approved by the requisite majority.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the company`s shares at the appropriate time and within the
prescribed limit will be sent to CIPRO for registration.
