DECLARED DIVIDEND AND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT ON GROWTHPOINT PROPERTIES
LIMITED ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - ("GRTIDD")
With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Growthpoint
Properties Limited have declared a dividend of 0.058 cents per share and an
interest payment of 58.242 cents per debenture payable on Monday, 21
September 2009 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the company
at the close of business on Friday, 18 September 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Enhanced Dividend Securities, GRTIDD,
will receive a Growthpoint Properties Limited dividend of 0.058 cents per
share and an interest payment of 58.242 cents on Monday, 21 September 2009 in
terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the
holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade ("cum" the
dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 11
September 2009.
GRTIDD Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading "ex" the dividend
from the commencement of business on Monday, 14 September 2009, and the
record date will be Friday, 18 September 2009.
