POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Avusa annual report containing the audited
annual financial statements of the company and the group for the year ended 31
March 2009 was posted to shareholders on Friday, 28 August 2009 and contains no
modifications to the audited results which were published on 25 June 2009.
Shareholders are also reminded that due to the South African Post Office strike
action, a delay in the receipt of the annual report might be experienced and
shareholders are requested to refer to Avusa`s website at www.avusa.co.za for a
copy of the annual report.
Deloitte & Touche audited the annual financial statements, and their unmodified
audit report is available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the annual general meeting of shareholders of the
company will be held at 12h30 on Monday, 21 September 2009 in the auditorium,
ground floor, 4 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg to transact the business
as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting which forms part of the
annual report.
