28 February 2009 were distributed to shareholders today (31 August 2009) and
contain no material modifications to the condensed audited results for that
year, which were released on SENS on 14 May 2009.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Monday,
31 August 2009 together with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby
given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on Thursday,
1 October 2009 at 10:00 at the Glenhove Conference Centre, 52 Glenhove Road,
Melrose Estate, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the notice
of the Annual General Meeting.
