Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be
held at 13h00 on Tuesday, 22 September 2009 in the boardroom of the Company at
Victoria Gate South, Hyde Park Lane, Hyde Park,Johannesburg, to transact the
business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting posted to
shareholders. The Annual Report, incorporating the annual financial statements
for the year ended 28 February 2009, will also be published on Monday 31st
August 2009 on the Company`s website at www.dth.co.za/dth/Investors/Downloads.
