Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
28 February 2009 will be distributed to shareholders on 1 September 2009 and
contain no material modifications to the condensed reviewed results for that
year, which were released on SENS on 15 June 2009.
The notice of the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders on 1
September 2009 together with the annual financial statements. Notice is hereby
given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be held on 15 October
2009, at the Company, 51 Shannon Road, Noordheuwel, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting.
