In terms of section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Sekunjalo
shareholders are hereby advised that the status of Rev V C Mehana has changed
from an executive director to a non-executive director of Sekunjalo with effect
from Tuesday, 1 September 2009.
Furthermore shareholders are hereby advised that PSG Capital (Pty) Limited has
been appointed as sponsor to the Company with effect from Tuesday, 1 September
2009.
