With regard to the audited results for the year ended 28 February 2009,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been posted
to shareholders and, other than the reclassification of an amount of R782 000
from accounts receivable to loans and investments so as to better present the
nature of the asset, contain no material modifications to the audited
provisional results which were published on SENS on 29 June 2009.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders
will be held at 36 Fricker Road, Illovo on Wednesday 23 September 2009 at 10:00
to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice, forming
part of the annual financial statements.
