Metmar shareholders are referred to the Metmar circular to shareholders dated 17
August 2009 regarding the disposal of Metmar`s 21% equity interest in PGR 17
Investments (Pty) Ltd ("the Disposal"). All of the resolutions tabled to approve
and implement the Disposal at the General Meeting held on Tuesday, 1 September
2009 were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
