POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s 2009 Annual Report was posted to
shareholders on Monday, 31 August 2009, via the South African Post Office. The
delivery of the Annual Report may be impacted by the industrial action currently
being experienced by the South African postal services. The report is however
available in electronic format on the Company`s website at www.simmers.co.za,
under the heading Investor Centre. There are no changes between the audited
Annual Financial Statements as contained in the Annual Report and the abridged
audited consolidated Financial Statements released on SENS on 18 June 2009.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Simmers shareholders
will be held in the boardroom, 5 Press Avenue, Selby, Johannesburg on Monday, 21
September 2009 at 10:00, to transact the business as stated in the notice of the
Annual General Meeting posted to shareholders.
