APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Zeder ("the Board") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. George Eksteen to the Board, as an independent non-executive
director with immediate effect.
Mr. Eksteen has been serving on various boards of companies since 1980.
Currently he is the chairman of Kaap Agri Limited. He also serves as a non-
executive director of Pioneer Food Group Limited.
The Board welcomes his appointment and looks forward to his valued input.
