CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Mr Joe Matsau has resigned as an independent non-executive director from the
board of ELB with effect from 1 September 2009.
Mr Matsau has accepted another appointment which unfortunately creates a
conflict of interest with ELB. The Group would like to thank Mr Matsau for his
contribution and wishes him every success in the future.
