19,510,403 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company as announced on 28 August
2009, New City Investment Managers Limited`s holding of 13,572,500 shares in
Kiwara now represents 6.86% of the Company`s issued ordinary share capital.
The shares within this holding are held in the names of Geiger Counter Limited
and City Natural Resources High Yield Trust Plc.
