TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain that the
financial results for the current reporting period will differ by more than 20%
from those of the previous corresponding period.
Comair shareholders are therefore advised that, for the year ended 30 June 2009,
the Company`s earnings per share are expected to be between 15% and 20% higher
than that of the previous corresponding period, and headline earnings per share
are expected to be between 25% and 30% higher than that of the previous
corresponding period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the Company`s auditors. The Company`s results for
the year ended 30 June 2009 are expected to be released on SENS on or about 15
September 2009.
