CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
notification is hereby given that:
Mr. Brian Christie has resigned as non-executive director of the board of SacOil
with effect from 1 September 2009. The board is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr Gontse Moseneke as non-executive director with effect from 1
September 2009. The board thanks Mr Christie for his contribution to the
Company and believes that Mr Moseneke will be a valuable addition to the
Company.
