CHANGE IN ROLE OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors of Huge are pleased to announce the change in
role of Mr Ken Jarvis from Non-Executive Director to Lead Independent Director.
This change is in line with the imminent implementation of King III and further
enhances the company`s compliance therewith.
