REVISED TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 August 2009. Following
the announcement, it has been decided to include and classify the entire
Manufacturing Division as discontinued operations, thereby resulting in the
reclassification of the Atlantis TV factory operation, a division of Tedelex
Trading (Pty) Limited.
As a result of the above change, AMAP accordingly advises that the financial
results for the year ended 30 June 2009 is now recorded to show an increase in
headline loss per share from continuing operations of between 365% and 385%
(previously advised between 450% and 470%) and an increase in loss per share
from continuing operations of between 340% and 360% (previously advised
between 415% and 435%) when compared to the prior comparative period.
The financial information on which this trading statement has been based has
not been reviewed or reported on by the Group`s auditors.
The Group`s results for the year ended 30 June 2009 are expected to be
published on or about 8 September 2009.
