CHANGES IN DIRECTORATE
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Dorbyl advises that Mr J E Newbury retired from the Board of Directors
of Dorbyl ("the Board") with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General
Meeting of Dorbyl held on 4 September 2009. The Board would like to thank Mr
Newbury for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well for the future.
Mr J B Magwaza has been appointed as non-executive Chairman of the Board to
replace Mr J E Newbury. Mr Magwaza has been a director of the Board since 1995.
He is the Chairman of Mutual and Federal Insurance Company Limited and also
serves as a non-executive director of, inter alia, Nedbank Limited, Rainbow
Chicken Limited, Tongaat-Hulett Limited and KAP International Limited.
