The Company announces that a conditional award over 15,313 ordinary shares of
5486/91 US cents in the capital of the Company ("Shares"), granted to Mr Mervyn
Walker upon his appointment as a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility in
2008, vested on 7 September 2009.
6,279 Shares were sold at GBP20.27 each to settle the tax and national insurance
liability and the balance were released. Consequently, Mr Walker`s beneficial
interest has increased by 9,034 Shares.
The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company`s obligations
under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2
to 3.1.4.
