TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2009
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results of the period
to be reported upon will differ by 20% or more from the financial results of the
previous corresponding period. Shareholders are advised that O-line is
currently finalising its results for the year ended 30 June 2009 and are advised
that O-line`s earnings and headline earnings per share are expected to increase
by between 40% and 45% based on the earnings and headline earnings per share of
the previous corresponding period. The financial information on which this
trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by the Company`s
auditors. The results for the year ended 30 June 2009 are expected to be
published on SENS by the end of September 2009.
