Tuesday, 8 September 2009, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders dated 21 August 2009, the requisite
majority of shareholders approved the ordinary resolutions pertaining to the
acquisition by Basil Read of the entire issued share capital of and claims
against Mvela Phanda Construction(Pty) Limited, P Gerolemeou Construction (Pty)
Limited and Contract Plumbing (Pty) Limited known as the Gerolemou/Mvela group.
