CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors of African Brick ("the Board") have pleasure in advising
that Mr Derrick Msibi has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive
Director of the Company with effect from 7 September 2009.
Derrick holds a Bachelor of Business Science (Finance)(Honours), Bachelor of
Commerce (Accounting)(Honours) and Masters of Commerce (Accounting) degree and
is a Chartered Accountant (SA).
