Shareholders are advised that since the Acting Chairman, Mr. RG Rainey, is
currently located in the United Kingdom, the Board has agreed for practical
reasons to elect Dr. Iraj Abedian as the Chairman of the Company, with immediate
effect.
Mr. Rainey will remain on the board as an independent non-executive director and
the board wishes to thank him for his continued support and guidance.
