Amendment to dividend declaration
Further to the audited results released by the company on 25 August 2009,
shareholders are advised that the company will be making a distribution of 9.52
cents per ordinary share by way of capital reduction out of share premium,
instead of a cash dividend as previously disclosed (the reason for this being to
provide a more tax efficient distribution).
An ordinary resolution for the approval to make a repayment out of share premium
will be included in the notice of AGM to shareholders contained in the Annual
Report, which will be posted on or about 7 October 2009 (an irrevocable
commitment to approve this resolution has been received from the company`s major
shareholder).
The salient dates of the distribution will be as follows:
Annual general meeting of Tuesday, 24 November 2009
