APPOINTMENT OF A FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
The Board of Zambia Copper Investments Limited is pleased to announce the
appointment of Kathryn Bergkoetter as Financial Director with effect from 8
September 2009. This appointment is in compliance with paragraph 3.84(h) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited in which all issuers are required to
appoint Financial Directors.
The Audit Committee recommends this appointment and confirms that Kathryn has
the appropriate expertise and extensive relevant experience to adequately
perform her duties as the company`s Financial Director.
