APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Directors of BioScience are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Jonny Fenster as a non-executive director to the Board of BioScience with
immediate effect.
Mr. Fenster holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Heriot-Watt
University (Edinburgh Business School), as well as Bachelor of Commerce
Honours and Bachelor of Arts degrees from the Universities of South Africa and
Witwatersrand respectively. He has over twenty years development capital
experience, with over ten years specialist focus on corporate recovery and
private equity styled investments. Mr Fenster`s experience includes a wide
range of sectors, including retail and residential property developments,
mining and beneficiation, information technology, media and advertising. He
has additionally led recovery and asset maximisation projects in the textile
and food sectors, as well as the health, medical and financial services
sectors.
