With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2009, AFGRI
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements will be
distributed on 11 September 2009 and contain no modifications to the audited
results which were published on SENS on 2 September 2009. Please note that the
annual report will also be available on the Company`s website: www.afgri.co.za,
as from Monday 14 September 2009.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 14th annual general meeting of AFGRI
shareholders will be held at the Company`s offices, 1st Floor, AFGRI Building,
267 West Avenue, Centurion on Friday, 16 October 2009 at 10:00 to transact the
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the
annual financial statements.
