RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the general meeting of Sasfin held on
Thursday, 10 September 2009, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders dated 19 August 2009, the requisite
majority of shareholders approved the ordinary resolutions pertaining to the
specific issue of shares for cash to the International Finance Corporation and
to waive their rights to a mandatory offer of shares in terms of the Rules of
the Securities Regulation Panel as well as a special resolution to amend the
articles of association.
The special resolution has been lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Properties Registration Office and thereafter with the Registrar of
Banks.
