1 DEFERRED BONUS PLAN
The following matching awards of ordinary shares conditionally granted in
September 2006 vested on 8 September 2009 after a 3 year performance
period and were delivered, for no consideration, on 9 September 2009 to:

D C Coutts-Trotter 13 210 shares
R P Becker 3 798 shares
Company secretary:
S A Bailes 758 shares
The delivery of the above shares is in terms of the rules of the deferred
bonus plan as adopted and approved by shareholders.
2 SALES OF SHARES
The following sales of ordinary shares took place on 9 September 2009 at
a price of R79,50 per share:

Requirements in respect of all the transactions referred to in 1 and 2 above.
