RETRACTED ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the announcement released on SENS earlier today
in relation to the abridged consolidated balance sheets, income statements,
audit report for the year ended 28 February 2009 and notice of annual general
meeting was released erroneously. This information has already been disclosed
to shareholders in the Annual Report which was posted to shareholders on 03
September 2009.
This information was purely for publication in the Nigerian press at the
request of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
