CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE WHL SHARE
INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for WOOLWORTHS
HOLDINGS LTD and that as a result of the capital reduction declaration relating
to WOOLWORTHS HOLDINGS LTD (WHL) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have
declared a capital reduction amount of 53.5 cents per WHLNID share instalment
that is payable on Monday, 28 September 2009.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Thursday, 17 September 2009. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Friday, 18
September 2009 and the record date will be Friday, 25 September 2009.
