DECLARED FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SASOL LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DISTRIBUTION
SECURITIES (EDS) - ("SOLIHE")
The Directors of Sasol Limited have declared an final cash dividend of R6,00 per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 October 2009 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 16
October 2009.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SOLIHE, will receive a Sasol Limited final cash dividend of R6,00 per security
on Monday, 19 October 2009 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 9
October 2009.
SOLIHE Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 12 October 2009, and the
record date will be Friday, 16 October 2009.
