Results of the annual general meeting
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of ElementOne held
at the Country Club Johannesburg, 1 Napier Road, Auckland Park, Johannesburg
today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders
present or represented by proxy at the annual general meeting.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
