CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

- Mr. Erik Rudolf Venter has resigned as financial director of Comair with
effect from 15 September 2009, but will retain his position as joint CEO of
Comair.
- Mr. Ranil Yasas Sri-Chandana has been appointed as financial director to the
board of Comair with effect from 15 September 2009.
