APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are referred to the results of Annual General Meeting announcement
that was released on SENS on 8 September 2009 in which they were advised Ms I
Mazibuko who retired by rotation and was not re-elected.
The directors of Cenmag are pleased to announce that Mr Justin Joseph Farkas has
been appointed to the board of directors of Cenmag until such time as the change
in control and the section 228 disposal of the existing Cenmag businesses has
been approved by shareholders.
Mr Farkas graduated from UCT in 2004 with a BSc. Eng. in Mechatronics. He
joined Cenmag shortly after graduating as was appointed as a director on
Cenmag`s manufacturing subsidiary, Mechani Mag (Pty) Ltd with effect from 7 June
2007.
