Shareholders are referred to the announcements, dated 25 June 2009 and 5 August
2009, which contained information relating to the intention of the new
controlling shareholder, Southern Africa Enterprise Development Fund ("SAEDF")
to inject new businesses into ICC and are advised that this process is
progressing and accordingly shareholders are advised to continue to exercise
caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is
