LATE DISTRIBUTION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ("ANNUAL REPORT")
The JSE Limited ("JSE") wishes to draw attention to the announcement issued by
Alliance Mining on SENS on 17 September 2009 which advised that the annual
report was not posted as stated in the company`s announcement dated 31 August
2009.
Accordingly as the company has failed to distribute its annual report within the
six-month period stipulated in the JSE`s Listings Requirements its listing on
the JSE TRADELECT system has been annotated with an "RE" to indicate that the
company has failed to distribute its annual report timeously and that the
listing of the company`s securities is under threat of suspension and possible
termination. Should the company still fail to distribute its annual report by
30 September 2009, its listing will be suspended.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
