DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE LBT SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for LIBERTY INTERNATIONAL
PLC and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to LIBERTY
INTERNATIONAL PLC (LBT) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared
a dividend amount of 48.632 cents per share LBTNIC instalment that is payable on
Tuesday, 27 October 2009.
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 25 September 2009. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 28 September 2009 and
the record date will be Friday, 2 October 2009.
