RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting of
shareholders held on 16 September 2009, all the ordinary resolutions and the
special resolution proposed thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority
votes. Shareholders are further notified that a resolution introduced at the
meeting to re-appoint K Bergkoetter as the Financial Director of the company
was passed with the requisite majority.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the company`s shares was adopted and will be lodged for
registration with the Registrar of Companies in due course.
