SHARE REPURCHASE PROGRAMME COMMENCING ON 21 SEPTEMBER 2009
Shareholders are advised that pursuant to the general authority granted to
Kaydav`s board of directors (in terms of special resolution number 1 passed at
the company`s annual general meeting on 26 June 2009) the board has resolved to
repurchase shares of the company through the open market on the JSE trading
system.
Share repurchases will be made as from 21 September 2009 at prices and in
quantities which are in the opinion of the board beneficial to the company.
