RESULT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting held in London
earlier today, 18 September 2009, all the resolutions as set out in the
notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the company`s 2009 Annual
Financial Statements, were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution to increase the company`s authorised share capital
will be lodged for registration with the Companies and Intellectual
Properties Registration Office.
