DIRECTOR`S RESIGNATION
Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, of the resignation of Quentin Scorgie, the incumbent Chief
Financial Officer, as director of the company and its subsidiaries with effect
from 30 October 2009. Quentin, who was recently appointed, has resolved to
return to Johannesburg where his family has remained located since his
appointment.
In announcing the resignation today Michael Mark, the Chief Executive Officer,
wished him well for his future and indicated that the process of finding an
appropriate replacement had commenced, whilst plans to ensure the ongoing
professional functioning of the business portfolios overseen by Quentin were in
hand.
