CHANGES TO THE AWETHU BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited
shareholders are advised that Jason Taylor and Hussain Bismilla have been
appointed as independent non-executive directors of the company with effect from
21 September 2009. Both appointees have extensive experience in the accounting
profession, and will join the Audit Committee of Awethu.
