RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are hereby advised that, at the annual general meeting of
shareholders of the Company held today, 22 September 2009 at the registered
office of the Company, save for Ordinary Resolution Number 10 in respect of
granting the directors a general authority to issue shares for cash, all the
remaining proposed ordinary resolutions and the special resolution, as contained
in the notice of annual general meeting which was posted to shareholders
together with the Company`s annual report, were passed by the requisite majority
of shareholders present and voting, in person or by proxy.
The special resolution relating to the general authority to repurchase the
Company`s shares will be submitted to CIPRO for registration in due course.
