TRADING STATEMENT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Dynamic expects to report a headline loss per
share of between 9.2 cps and 11.2 cps and a loss per share of between 14.1 cps
and 17.3 cps for the six months ended 30 June 2009. This is largely as a result
of adverse trading conditions during the period under review as well as non-cash
asset impairments of approximately R13,5 million. The financial information on
which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported on by
the company`s auditors.
Dynamic expects to publish its interim results on or about Friday, 25 September
2009.
CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Dynamic is currently in discussions which, if
successfully concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the company`s
securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their Dynamic shares until a further announcement is made.
