LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWGOLD DEBENTURES
NewGold has issued an additional 12,000,000 debentures following subscriptions
in respect of approximately 117,668 fine troy ounces of gold bullion at an
issue price of R73.60 per debenture. The debentures were listed with effect
from commencement of business today.
