Further to the cautionary announcement, dated 26 August 2009, shareholders are
advised that Skinwell is currently in negotiations relating to the disposal of
its wholly owned subsidiary, CW Pharmaceuticals (Proprietary) Limited, the
manufacturing facility of the company, which negotiations, if successfully
concluded, may have an effect on the price of its securities. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
